The Owners Club at The Homestead
Experience a carefree alternative to a second or third home in the mountains with a deeded interest in The Owners Club®, a member-owned private club village within walking distance of The Omni Homestead®. These handsome club homes offer a spacious, turn-key environment with breathtaking mountain and forest views. All homes have three bedrooms, three baths, an entertainment center, hot tub, outdoor gas grill, and screened-in porches.
Owners will enjoy use of their homes for at least 27 days each year, 21 days during High Season and 6 days during Winter Sports Season, and when in residence can enjoy a host of resort privileges including:
- Unlimited cart-fee only golf on both of The Homestead’s courses plus reduced greens fees for house guests
- Concierge service, including grocery shopping (prior to arrival), shuttle transportation to and from The Homestead
- Use of affiliate Owners Club locations in Hilton Head, SC and Barton Creek, TX
- Optional XLIFE Membership, through INVITED (formerly ClubCorp) and their vast network of over 225 private clubs and affiliates worldwide with the option of special golf, recreation, and/or dining privileges. (additional fee applies)
